We all know that self-care is essential to our well being, but with all of the other *cares* taking priority like kid-care/spouse-care/house-care/job-care/pet-care finding time to pamper ourselves can often feel impossible. Well, fear not my fellow busy bees! Lumi is here to help you face this challenge with our *oh so* fabulous facial bar!
With our 30 minute express facial appointments, you can get in and get glowing in record spa-time.
Here at Lumi, we believe that everyone deserves a little TLC- even if it’s only a few minutes squeezed in between conference calls and carpool pickups. So sit back, relax, and let us give you the pampering you deserve.
Our skin bar is an open-concept design with individual chairs in an open space similar to a hair salon. You are probably most familiar with a traditional room facial, as most facial spas only offer these, but here at Lumi, we offer both room and bar facials! Our room facials are 60-75 minute appointments in a private room, where the serene atmosphere is set with low light and calming music with a focus on deep relaxation.
Although room facials fit many people’s lifestyles, some of you may find room facials to be intimidating, or too long to fit in between conference calls and car-pool pickups. We also know that budgets are tight, and maintaining monthly room facial appointments may not be realistic.
Our bar makes facials more accessible to those who want to establish a consistent relationship with one of our fabulous skincare specialists while still being able to afford to go on that girl’s trip that you *oh so* deserve. Anyone who has received a facial at our bar will agree it is still absolutely relaxing, but our focus changes to consistency with results-driven treatments, alongside relaxation- and fun of course!
We offer a variety of bar services that we group into two different categories: bar facials and bar treatments- let’s break them down together, shall we?
Here is what they include!
♥ Double Cleanse ~ You know we love our PureErb oil cleanser for that first step to break up your makeup and sunscreen!
♥ Exfoliation ~ We all need a fresh start now and again, so let’s slough off those old tired skin cells and wake up those new ones!
♥ Custom Modality ~ Custom… what?! All of our bar facials are tailored to your needs, so the modality changes based on the type of facial chosen.
Our Turn Back Time facial uses the NuFace microcurrent device as the modality, which firms the skin and encourages collagen production.
Our Glow and Go modality includes light therapy to boost that brightness and magically keep unwanted discoloration and redness away. *Abracadabra, alakazam, irritation- be gone!*
