  • Does Microneedling have downtime? You can return to your normal routine directly after treatment. Minimal downtime such as redness may be visible for 24-48 after. Please refer to Post Treatment Guidelines for details.

Can I workout after? Avoid strenuous activity for 3 days post treatment including exercise, sweating, saunas, and other sweat and inflammation provoking activities.

Does Microneedling hurt? A topical numbing cream is applied to the skin fore treatment so there will be no discomfort.

Am I a good candidate for Microneedling? Short answer, yes! Everyone in general is a good candidate for this treatment (outside of contraindications) because of its rejuvenating effects. It is especially great for scarring, skin texture, fine lines, and improving unevenness.
